New Virtual Tour of Luxury Resort Hotel Rangá in South Iceland
Travelers considering a luxury getaway to Iceland can now take a virtual tour of 4-star Hotel Rangá, the first hotel in Iceland to offer Google Maps Street View. The tour was created using over 1,000 images photographed on location at the country’s top resort.
With just a few clicks guests can interactively explore three artist-inspired guestrooms, two Around the World themed suites, the Royal Bridal Suite, plus deluxe amenities like a Stargazing Observatory with retractable roof.
“We’re delighted to be the first hotel in Iceland to offer street-style viewing on Google Maps,” says Fridrik Pálsson, hotelier of Hotel Rangá. “We believe it will enhance the guest experience by providing a sneak preview of the hotel’s unique atmosphere and features like volcano views from our restaurant, and guestrooms with new artist-inspired frescoes.”
